Scam Call? 661-748-0240

Does anyone have any information on the number, 661-748-0240?

My caller ID said: Skype Caller.

We do NOT have or use Skype. I started not to even answer, but did so out of curiosity. The man on the other end had a very thick accent and he kept saying, "Are you ______?" "Is your email address ______________@gmail.com?"

He used my actual first and last name and email.

I gave him no information and hung up. Shortly afterward, my McAfee blocked two malware attempts.

Does anyone have any knowledge? My computer is now acting weird. Am I being paranoid?
