For Hutch. Once you get out of the fog you'll know with absolute certainty it wasn't love. It takes work and resisting those comfortable soothing thoughts that are so destructive. I had this guide printed, PDFed on my phone, and whenever I needed help I looked in and found another idea.

All I want to say is “WOW”.
I thank you 🙏 with the bottom of my heart ❤️ for your openness and your energy of putting this into introspect.
It’s sure going to help me.
I know for myself I have been so lost in my mind and soul. It’s like someone else has been living there and controlling me. Very scary. I do need to seek out a church and get back into the lord and scripture.
I have no one else to help me with my demons and past. I am on my last of hope. I cannot heal me by myself. Only God can and I have so much fear that I am going to HELL!!
My goal as of today is to get it right with god and ask for his forgiveness. Not sure why he would but it’s a start and I am willing to do anything.
